Choose

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things. Whatever you have learned, received, heard from me, or seen in me, put it into practice. Phil 4:8

There is not one self-help book that can replace the simple truth found in the bible. Choose to act by first unplugging from this world. Breathe in and out, and let go of festering feelings inside, then meditate on God’s Word.

Those who look to Him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame. Psalms 34:4-5.

nature's mystery 
sprightly beads nestle betwixt 
succulent leaves  

pearly light of glistening eyes 
echoes a dance of 
the coming spring.

    Might not make for the best ski-ing,

    and the runs are groomed?
    There’s gotta be someplace to go,

    that I could there improve my style
    on God’s own steep fast slopes,
    getting tips from Klammer while
    building up my hopes

    ‘gainst Jesus in an Alpine meet.
